1. General Provisions

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. To make this eligible for withdrawal you must place total bets of ৳2,200 × 20 = ৳44,000.

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each user may use each promotion once only.
• Exceeding the maximum bet limit of any game using bonus funds is prohibited.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any winnings earned from it being cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time until one bonus has been completed.
• Using low-odds betting or risk-free betting strategies may result in bonus cancellation.

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change by 11lkk.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

11lkk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute relating to a bonus, 11lkk's decision will be considered final.

5. Gaming Policy and Fair Play

• Attempting to hack, manipulate or gain an unfair advantage over game software.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7.2 Voluntary Closure by the User
